I just came across this great creative exercise run by Esquire Magazine. The Napkin Project.
250 napkins were sent out to writers, some famous, some not.
They had to write a short story on a napkin and send it back. Here are some of the results…
This is a great idea to start a creative workshop, to get the neurons working. Choose your theme. It could be a drawing, construct something with the napkin, or write something. A napkin is large enough to make it interesting in a short amount of time.
